Courses Required to earn a U.S. High School Diploma

THE FOLLOWING COURSES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR BLASS COLLEGE- AND CAREER-PREP SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS *BLASS may modify courses and requirements based on student placement scores or progress *Students in Advanced Placement (AP) courses must take the AP exam in May of each year to earn credits *The enrollment fee for each course is categorized based on earning credits for U.S. high school diploma. *All courses can be used towards college admission, and AP Courses can be used to earn college credits. Students need a minimum of 21 credits to earn a U.S. high school diploma.

English and Language Courses

Mathematics

History And Social Sciences

Table listing AP courses in History and Social Sciences, each with 1 credit. Courses include AP Macroeconomics, AP Microeconomics, AP Psychology, AP US Government, AP World History, and AP European History. Prerequisites include AP Calculus AB for economics courses and AP English Language for the others.
